Marimekko holds 167,790 of its own shares, representing some 0.41 percent of the total number of the company’s shares. Marimekko shares held by the company carry no voting rights and no entitlement to dividends.
The Board of Directors has an authorization to decide on the acquisition of the company’s own shares.

Marimekko Corporation’s Board of Directors decided on 12 February 2026 to acquire a maximum of 90,000 company’s own shares based on the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting held on 15 April 2025. Acquisitions started on 17 February 2026 and were concluded on 4 March 2026.
