By submitting your ideas to Marimekko, you agree with the following terms and conditions:

• You declare that the ideas you present to Marimekko are your own.
• You agree that the information and ideas you share with Marimekko will be freely available to Marimekko without compensation. However, this does not apply to copyrighted works, the use of which may be separately agreed with Marimekko.
• Marimekko has no obligation to go through the idea. If Marimekko is interested in your idea, Marimekko will contact you.
• If Marimekko already has a similar idea, presenting your idea will not limit Marimekko’s right to explore the original idea.
